Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met, business objectives are aligned with AI solutions, and overall project success. This role involves building and leading a Business Support team, managing key customer engagements, and collaborating closely with our development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and Lead Business Support Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team to support AI-driven projects and solutions.
Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring that customer needs are fully understood and delivered through AI solutions. Build long-term, trusted relationships with key customers.
AI Solutions Implementation: Work closely with the development team to design, implement, and refine AI-driven solutions tailored to customer requirements and business objectives.
Project Pipeline Management: Lead customer-facing engagements, identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, and shape the project pipeline to align with customer goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Development, and Product Management to ensure successful delivery of AI-driven business solutions.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their strategic objectives and translating them into actionable AI solutions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the performance of AI solutions, ensuring KPIs and customer expectations are met, and provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
Problem Solving & Escalation: Address any customer concerns or issues with a proactive approach, working with internal teams to resolve them effectively.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience in a Business Support, Customer Success, or similar role.
Strong experience with AI-driven solutions, machine learning applications, or advanced analytics.
Experience leading a customer-facing team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, team-building, and management skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers and internal stakeholders.
Solid understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to solving customer problems.
Project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and timelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business (Master’s degree preferred).
8-10 Years Experience working in a technology-driven environment, preferably with a focus on AI or machine learning.
Experience in IT Project Management & Delivery is a must (Software/Infrastructure/Digital Marketing)
